WHERE IS MY ORDER?
At the time of your purchase we will send you an order confirmation. Delivery times: about 10-15 working days. In the case that the courier can not find the recipient, the parcel will be left in the corresponding post office for a maximum of 10 days and the recipient will be obliged to collec it. In the event that the recipient does not collect it within these 10 days, the package will return to the sender. Any costs for a second shipment will not be borne by IDROJAL, but by the recipient.

HOW WE CALCULTE THE SHIPPING COST?
We ship all over Italy through Poste Italiane. The shipping costs 4,50€ all over italy. For purchases over € 110, shipping is free.
WHAT IS THE PROTOCOL FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DURING THE COVID EMERGENCY?
IDROJAL will continue regularly with home delivery and following the Italian post office security protocol. In some periods there may be anydelays in delivery due to this emergency.
HOW SHOULD I PROCEED IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED?
In this case you can make a complaint to us, demonstrating with photos and videos that the goods arrived damaged or did not correspond to the order placed or with missing parts. We ask you to start the return by contacting us within the first 7 days of purchase, at the address: clienti@idrojal.com We will resend you a new product without you having to send the product back to us.
HOW SHOULD I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
We have a 14 days return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the product. We ask you to contact us within the first 7 days of purchase, at the address: clienti@idrojal.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions about how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without all our requests, a return will not be accepted. Then, the customer will send the product at his expense and IDROJAL will refund it.
