RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 days return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the product. We ask you to contact us within the first 7 days of purchase, at the address: clienti@idrojal.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions about how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without all our requests, a return will not be accepted. Then, the customer will send the product at his expense and IDROJAL will refund it.

Furthermore IDROJAL will make the refund, resend or accept the return for one of the following cases:

DELAY DELIVERY

For orders not found, in transit, pending, expired by more than 45 days (starting from the date of sending the payment to IDROJAL) only if:

  • there is no information about the tracking number
  • the customer sends the complaint within the twentieth day from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order by IDROJAL

It does not apply if the shipment has been prevented or delayed in whole or in part due to force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.

ORDER DAMAGED OR IMPERFECT

The customer has to show with photos and videos that the goods arrived defective, not corresponding to the order placed or with missing parts. We ask you to contact us within the first 7 days of purchase, at the address: clienti@idrojal.com
